The receptionist, Christina, is amazing. She’s super friendly and even helped me with my insurance issues. Dr. Shah is really friendly, great with kids, and has helped us heal quite a few times. Super reasonable with prices if uninsured.
Took about 10 minutes to be seen by the doc (around 12:30 in the afternoon).The receptionist was pleasant.Exam room was clean with paper on the exam bench.Doc was thorough and took extra time to fully explain the process.Whole experience was much better than I expected it to be.Recommended.
Left Beaumont urgent care after a 2 hour wait with no help in sight and came here.Staff are amazingly professional here, from the front desk to the Doctor that saw me (Doctor Shah, I believe his name was).Once I presented my issue, he walked me through his process of elimination aloud. Despite the root cause of my issue stumping both of us, he explained his treatment plan and why he was going that route. He also explained what to look out for in case the issue escalates after I leave.I hope Dr. Shah (and his staff!) stick around for a while. Dr. Shah taking an extra minute to explain his treatment plan was that little bit extra that made me feel like a human, and not an insurance card.
I had poison ivy and poison oak. This doctor had such a fantastic sense of humor, they were so quick and easy to handle. The doctor knew I had shot anxiety and he made it so much easier to deal with. If I can, I would love to make this my primary care physician. Would highly recommend for others.
The staff is very courteous and kind.Dr Shah is an excellent physician. He’s a very caring physician. Dr Shah takes great pride in his job. He takes time with his patients. He’s very thorough and always makes sure all your questions are answered. My family and I greatly appreciate Dr Shah’s care. We highly recommend Dr Shah and Garden City Urgent/Primary Care.
The front desk girl was so great! Very nice and friendly. Answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid while my anxiety took over and I got nervous.

Today I visited Garden city urgent care as I always do because Dr. Shar and Rachel at the front Desk always made me feel like they could help me with anything and they have in the past Rachel is wonderful she does so much of other than just sit at the front desk and I appreciate that because today the PA that I seen rude made me feel like she was doing me a favor by her coming and seeing me and then she pretty much called me a liar that I didn’t contact my pain management first and they left the office at 11 and I didn’t get off work till one then she proceeded to tell me that when Dr. Shah saw me back in July he stated that it would be a one time injection for my back pain and I doubt that he didn’t say that because if you did he didn’t tell me that or I wouldn’t of came back he’s always been very understanding and he’s always try to help With whatever I would come in with my severe back pain my chronic back pain and my migraines that I am getting a lot lately. If this doctor will be at the office any other time I will not go that’s how I’ve uncomfortable she made me feel I hope to see Dr. shower very soon not her . Thank you for your understanding… Diana

Went to see Dr Shah because my PCP wasn’t seeing patients and fill in dr booked up also. He and staff were very accomodating, friendly, and asked about services I didn’t know I even needed. He seemed very educated and knowledgeable, especially about my problems. I’m thinking of changing my PCP to him as I’d rather go see him again in future.

Just had my first E Visit with Dr Shah. What a great place. The staff and the doctor are extremely nice and caring. I will definitely visit their office in the future. Highly recommended!

I appreciate the help the doctor and staff provided. They were able to take care of me as if I was at my primary care facility. I recommend this urgent care to anyone with any concerns.

Went in when I was having difficulty breathing. Staff was very professional and kind. I was extremely happy especially because I have had some not so good experiences with other urgent care facilities.
